Student Residency Update/Information Change
This includes address changes, emergency contacts, phone numbers, uploading student documentation (immunizations, ear eye dental exams, etc.)
You will need Parent Portal access to Infinite Campus.
- Current Mortgage statement or lease. Lease, mortgage or utility bill; MUST show parent/guardian name AND
- One (1) current utility bill(electric, gas, or water) with the parent/guardian name listed. No telephone/cell phone bills, cable bills, insurance, or bank statements will be accepted AND
- Parent/Guardian current official picture identification.

Transfer Student Enrollment
If the student is transferring from a Dekalb County school, please use the Annual Verification (link above) for your student. Please NOTE** this process takes approximately 1-2 days, provided ALL required documentation is uploaded properly. You will receive a series of 3 or more email messages.
FIRST - Stating the application has been Approved Posted or Provisional Approved (Posted).
SECOND - from Clarkston Registrar stating the student has been enrolled.
THIRD - an email from the counselor. Please send the student to the school AFTER receiving the schedule from the counselor. Sending the student prior to receiving the email from a counselor will cause the student to wait for the counselor to create the schedule.

If you are needing REGISTRATION assistance, the Registrar will be available from 9:00AM to 12:00PM, Monday - Thursday. Please call 678-676-5306 for assistance.
If you are going to home school your student, you MUST declare with the GA DOE (Georgia Department of Education). Click here for the GA DOE website. You can upload the declaration page with your withdrawal information.

New to Dekalb County Student Enrollment
If the student was not a Dekalb County student within the last school year, there is an online process which can be found on the Dekalb County School website.
Please NOTE** this process takes approximately 2-3 days, provided ALL required documentation has been uploaded properly. You will receive a series of 3 or more email messages;
